References to "we", "us" and "our" refer to First Peoples Community Federal Credit Union. The Privacy Policy explains that some nonpublic personal information about our members and customers is shared with certain organizations on a confidential basis, such as organizations that help process transactions and joint marketing agreements with financial service providers. Your opt-out option does not apply to these disclosures.
We may determine from time to time that there are other products or services that may be of interest to our members and customers and will provide some nonpublic personal information to other third party providers on a confidential basis, with contractual restrictions on the use of the information. If you elect to exercise your opt-out option, we will not disclose your nonpublic personal information to these other third parties. You may exercise this right of opt-out at any time and may revoke it any time. If you do not act, the nonpublic personal information will be disclosed to nonaffiliated third parties as discussed above and in the Privacy Policy.
To exercise your opt-out option, do one of the following:

- Send an e-mail to memberservices@firstpeoples.com. Include in the e-mail that you wish to elect the opt-out option, your name, and the date.
