Wire Transfers

First Peoples is able to provide its members with easy, secure and timely wire transfer services both domestically and internationally.

Domestic Wire Transfers

Incoming - To have funds wired into your First Peoples account, you will need to provide the initiating financial institution the following information:
  • ABA/routing/transit number (252177121)
  • Name on your account
  • Account number
Outgoing - To wire funds out of your First Peoples account, you will need the following receiving financial institution information when completing the Domestic Wire Form:
  • Name and address of receiving institution
  • ABA/routing/transit number of receiving institution
  • Beneficiary’s name, address and account number
  • Special instructions if applicable
  • Purpose of wire

International Wire Transfers

Incoming - International wire transfers must be sent to a US correspondent bank then to First Peoples. Note: The correspondent bank may or may not charge additional fees. You will need to provide the following information to the foreign initiating financial institution:
  • US correspondent bank information (you will have to contact the correspondent bank)
  • ABA/routing/transit number (252177121)
  • Name on your account
  • Account number
Outgoing - To wire funds out of your First Peoples account internationally, you will need the following receiving financial institution information on the International Wire Form:
  • Beneficiary's name, address, country and account number
  • Special instructions if applicable
  • Purpose of wire
  • Beneficiary bank name, address, account number, and branch (if applicable)
  • Swift Code
  • IBAN (if applicable)
