January 20, 2026 - First Peoples Community FCU Announces Kelly A. Brown as EVP & COO

 

CUMBERLAND, MD- First Peoples Community Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of Kelly A. Brown to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.

“This new title more accurately represents her position and level of responsibility within the Credit Union. Her leadership and dedication to First Peoples’ mission and core values have been key to our continued success", says Olsen.

Brown has over 26 years of experience in the financial services industry. She holds an MBA from West Virginia University and is a graduate of the CUES CEO Institute.
