September 8, 2021 - Due to a recent spike in COVID cases and ongoing staffing shortage, we have made the decision to temporarily close our lobbies beginning on Saturday, September 11th. Managers will continue to be available by appointment, and teller transactions will be available via drivethru service and ITMs at our 20 locations across the area. Additional self service options remain in place by using ATMs, FP@Home and our Mobile App.
 
As many of you know, our Interactive Teller Machines have allowed us to continue speaking to and serving our membership over the past 18 months in a way that is as close to “face-to-face” as you can get. We have been thankful this technology was already in place, making us better equipped to serve our members through a pandemic. If you have yet to try out an ITM, we encourage you to give it a whirl! If you’ve been on a Zoom call, FaceTime call or any video chat… this is just like that. Just TAP the screen to talk to a teller. ITMs are available at 18 locations, typically located in the drivethru. (Fun Fact: the ITM is also the ATM. The opening screen will allow you to choose how to use the machine during the hours in which ITM services are available… which is as early as 7 AM! If you drive up outside of those hours, it will only allow you to use it as an ATM.)
