May 7, 2026 - First Peoples Community FCU Adds Tap Site Location

Cumberland, MD- First Peoples Community Federal Credit Union is happy to announce the completion of their newest standalone Drive Thru/Teller Access Point (TAP) location on Spring Street in Cumberland. The two-lane drive-thru will feature an ATM Express Lane and ITM lane.

CEO Randy Olsen said, “I want to thank everyone who had any part in the process and opening of Spring Street. For reasons, many times beyond our control, it took a little while to get here. Spring Street is our 21st location and fits perfectly with all the great things happening at Rolling Mill. As part of our member-centric mission, TAP sites provide a fast, efficient and easy banking experience. As we continue to grow, today we have underscored our commitment to the Cumberland area.”

Teller Access Points (TAP) sites function as ATMs 24 hours a day and allow videoconferencing with First Peoples tellers during business hours. All standard teller transactions can be done using the ITM function, including cashing/depositing checks, making loan payments, and requesting custom withdrawal amounts. ITM service hours are 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday-Friday, and 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM on Saturday.
